Our philosophy at My Dog & Me is that training is most effective when the owner and dog participate in the process. We start by educating the owner. We believe that if you understand how a dog thinks, learns, and communicates, you will meet with greater success in the training process. Our methods employ basic principles of canine behavior and psychology. Our goal is for you to have a dog that will take direction without having to yell, repeat, physically handle, or depend on extraneous devices. A relationship built on love, respect, and good communication is the foundation from which great dogs emerge. Enjoy the journey.
